We will dispatch a technician immediately to your location to resolve issues that require an on-site visit.

For clients who require regular visits.
This service not only gives you a flat monthly fee for all your IT needs, but is also available to you at a cost less than that of a full-time employee.

The rates are the same 24x7x365. Remote support has a 15-minute minimum, where site visits within DFW are 1 hour minimum. Full service IT is offered as outlined in the full service IT contract.
